Velvet Magazine cover story and editorial feature on Lottie Moss for the spring issue. Inspired by Sakura- the concept evolved from a cherry blossom magic garden to an interpretation of the oriental house by the garden.
Japanese minimalist interior architecture, modular screens and transformative spaces were the starting point of the design. Playing with various simple panel shapes within a suspended grid, the space was ever-transforming with the different panel layouts and tonalities, made of translucent light films.
The story would move through these spaces and into the garden- inspired by the wishing trees and downward branches, a minimal ethereal landscape was created using hundreds of light film ribbons.
